You mean, you’re not following Standard Rules of Experimenting on People? Next thing you’ll tell us is that your experiments aren’t «99% deathly with a 1% chance of superhuman at the end», or something like that.

Not trying to question your methods here, Art, but shouldn’t you wait until you know roughly what’s going on before you start testing on people?

What are those things? And what exactly were Art and his team thinking when they put them underwater? Mysteries that might never be solved.
